Return Period
You have 60 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Include all original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. This ensures that the returned item arrives safely and allows you to track the shipment in transit.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or item, exchanges are available upon request. Simply mention your preference for an exchange when getting in touch with our team, and we will guide you through the process.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Once the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalise the transaction and credit the funds to your account.
No Restocking Fees
She Niva does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
